| Our Batch (2009) was handled by phoenix and we don't see any reason why our school (MSU-IIT) should change their review center coz we had a very good passing of 98%. There are rumors going around that it is because of business reasons. it's very sad... |

| Phoenix Learning Center could be considered as one of the best nursing review center in Mindanao. Obvious naman, maganda yong lecture nila at rationalization. If you fail to the board exam, it's your fault and not an excuse bcoz of the review center.
